About the role:
You will be working with different stakeholders across the global organization as the lead for the development of brand strategy and marketing activities to drive the BU growth, including multichannel tactics. Through a data-based and teamwork approach you will ensure strong alignment of the brand strategy across functions and drive ownership for the execution of the brand plan.
Therefore, strong leadership, analytical and communication skills are critical to be successful in the role.
Your tasks will be quite varied, and you will be healthily challenged to further your career in this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of 5 to 6 people of marketers
  • Lead the development of the product brand strategy for the infusion care business to deliver the BU strategy
  • Lead the brand plan process for the neria brand, in collaboration with the cross functional team from sales, R&D, Clinical & Medical and other functions
  • Ensure execution of downstream marketing activities in collaboration with the sales team, including conference and multichannel strategy
  • Generate insights on product user unmet needs through quantitative and qualitative research, as well as key opinion leaders relationship
  • Lead competitive intelligence effort and insight sharing across the organization
  • Manage and own marketing budget expenses
  • Identify and develop B2B marketing opportunities in collaboration with the B2B sales team
  • Lead the transition effort to corporate branding for Infusion Care BU
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing Center Of Excellence on key pilots
  • Coordinate internal and external communications related to product launches and key initiatives, in close collaboration with B2B partners, sales team and corporate communication
