Description:
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field; a master’s degree would be an advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a marketing position, ideally in the porcelain or hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Creativity and ability to develop innovative marketing concepts and campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver compelling brand messages.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in analysing data to support decision making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal. French would be an asset.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies, including digital, social and traditional media channels.
- Lead campaigns from conception to execution, including budget management, content creation and performance measurement.
- Maintain and develop brand identity, including branding materials and brand presence across all channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and support sales strategies.
- Market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and recognize strategic opportunities.
- Organize events and trade show participation to promote the brand and its products.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with external agencies, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of marketing activities to assess effectiveness and ROI.
- Lead & manage the marketing team.
