Let’s talk about this role
As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will optimse and evolve Kynd’s marketing efforts to grow brand awareness through direct and promotional marketing channels.

This is an opportunity to effectively own the marketing function of Kynd, with the backing and support of a larger orginisation, nib Thrive. This generalist marketing position offers a high level of autonomy with the chance to experiment and deliver omni-channel marketing initiatives across various channels.

  • Report to the Head of Marketing and Communications – nib Thrive, and work to embed Kynd into the nib Thrive digital solution
  • Develop strategies and initiatives to increase awareness for Kynd’s platform and product offering in key markets
  • Collaborate with Kynd’s team on website and landing pages to maximise conversion of awareness
  • Execute marketing plan using knowledge of direct response, database marketing, email marketing, affiliate marketing, digital marketing, social media, SEM and SEO
  • Build automated journeys to take people from acquisition to activation, and revenue
  • Ensure website communication, content marketing and customer correspondence, and collateral is on brand and compliant

    This is a 12-month fixed term contract with a start date of July 1st, 2024.

With previous experience in a similar role, some skills and experience that will set you up for success include:

  • Experience managing campaigns across platforms including email, social media and web, and building targeted communication journeys within automated marketing systems
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to work in cross-functional team and motivate others to deliver desired outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to manage external providers/suppliers
  • Strong project management skills to prioritise and delegate incoming requests, modify timelines, request additional materials and prioritise needs from multiple teams
  • Experience in event activation and engaging with strategic partners
  • Understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme
