POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will be instrumental in shaping our marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, and leading a talented team of marketing professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and exceptional leadership skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a senior or leadership marketing role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve departmental goals.
