YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ Years’ experience in a marketing or campaign manager role - ideal candidates will have SaaS B2B Software experience
- Proven experience developing, managing, and delivering successful integrated B2B demand generation programmes from conception through implementation, measurement, and analysis
- Experienced user of CRM and marketing automation platforms (Hubspot preferred) with a passion for technologies that increase lead engagement and conversion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
We are looking for an ambitious Senior Marketing Manager to help drive our revenue growth. You will be responsible for enhancing Xiatech’s brand, generating demand for and interest in the company’s innovative platform, managing product marketing including launching new products and working closely with sales to create and close opportunities.
Reporting to Xiatech’s CMO, this is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and experienced individual looking for a role which will have a genuine impact from day one, and will enable the right person to be successful in a rapidly expanding global organisation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the KPIs for demand generation including the targets for generating leads, supported by the CMO and the team
- Create, execute and optimise data-driven, multi-channel demand generation strategies designed to deliver pipeline and revenue goals.
- Analyse and measure the success of marketing efforts and investments, drawing insights and presenting results and recommendations to inform decision making and continuous improvement.
- Define and own the content strategy and plan, writing blog articles, papers, videos, webpages, presentation, case studies, etc., in partnership with colleagues
- Plan and execute product marketing launches, working with the product team to produce engaging and relevant content (webpages, product sheets, etc) to support sales and customer success teams
- Partner with sales to run targeted marketing campaigns, using data to continuously assess and recommend improvements, developing scripts and content to improve lead creation and conversion including deal velocity
- Organise Xiatech-run events including webinars, roundtables, etc. and support events managed by partners and third-party organisations
- Leverage Marketing Automation (Hubspot) to design and run lead nurturing activities to engage and convert prospects, leads and opportunities across the buyer journey. This should include AMB strategies.
- Monitor the market including competitors, working with sales and customer success teams to collect and analyse the market for threats and opportunities
- Continuously evaluate the latest B2B marketing strategies, marketing technologies, implementing and optimising different tactics.
