Description:

Responsibilities:

  • To support the implementation of the stakeholder marketing plan for selected site/sites through promotion of national product/services and consultants to increase GP referrals, Consultant caseload, and to develop regional/local product and service initiatives in response to market conditions to maximise business growth.
  • Support the implementation and measurement of central and local marketing multi-channel tactics and plans. This includes, maintaining the local hospital social media pages, managing the hospitals online reviews, maintaining hospitals and consultant website pages.
  • Support the creation of an annual patient events schedule in line with hospital growth plans, take the lead in organising and where appropriate, attendance at the events Manage the implementation of key marketing deliverables within the overall sales and marketing plan and demonstrate a clear understanding of tactical delivery of said initiatives
  • Working with relevant stakeholders (S&MM, PCLMs, PLO’s), to create and deliver the annual consumer and primary care educational events programme (face to face and virtual) that promotes key hospital services and consultants to drive primary care and self-referrals
  • Support the Sales and Marketing Manager in the development of Consultant specific materials to maximise local opportunities, including managing the consultant directory production process
  • Coordinate and run referrer engagement events and deliver referrer communication plan.
