Reporting to the Manager Communications and Marketing, this role will be responsible for developing and leading marketing and communications projects aligned with the Academy’s overall objectives. The role will work across the Academy to provide coordinated and sequenced communications and marketing opportunities, raising public awareness of the capability and status of school leaders and teachers in the science and practice of teaching, ensuring consistency of messaging and brand building.
The role will provide expertise on best-practice creative content production across multiple channels and platforms, management of targeted marketing campaigns and oversee brand integrity and activities, such as procurement of merchandise and management of Academy templates. The role is responsible for supporting internal and external stakeholders to align communications and marketing activity to brand guidelines and ensure consistency. The role supports the creation of marketing reports, insights and advisory services utilising a data-informed approach.
This position requires the successful applicant to demonstrate a high level of initiative and experience in production and coordination of creative content projects, including video, podcasts and digital channels, as well as strong project management skills and experience leading end-to-end marketing campaigns. The applicant will require exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills to work across the organisation and to engage with subject matter experts and demonstrate the ability to utilise data and insights to generate reports and provide recommendations on current and future approaches in market.
