We are on the lookout for a talented Senior Marketing Operations Manager!
This role can be located in Denmark, France, Germany, Spain or UK
The Senior Marketing Operations Manager is a critical individual contributor role within the Marketing team, responsible for streamlining operations, overseeing the technology and data strategy, and ensuring the marketing team’s activities align with the company’s growth objectives. The role requires a wealth of knowledge in marketing technology, data analytics, and process optimization. They will recommend and implement best practices, oversee the management of the marketing technology stack, and ensure the marketing team’s efforts are measurable and aligned with business goals. They will also be obsessed with finding the connection between marketing activity and revenue growth.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 6-8 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, Revenue Operations, Marketing Strategy, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on building marketing systems and data-driven processes
  • Demonstrated capability in bridging the gap between Sales and Marketing through technology and process integration, facilitating seamless lead management and enhanced customer journeys
  • Robust analytical skills, adept at converting complex data into formulated insights, and recommending strategic pivots at every point in the pipeline funnel
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing cross-functional initiatives and working with multiple stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong communicator, capable of effectively navigating and aligning different team perspectives, especially between Sales and Marketing.
  • Proven track record of proactive, self-initiated problem-solving
  • History of comfort with navigating ambiguity in a pioneering role and establishing new frameworks and best practices.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of scaling marketing technology, including AI, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Deep experience in CRM systems (Hubspot and Salesforce)
