Qualifications Required:

• 5+ years’ experience in a Marketing Operations role
• Hands-on experience (preferably as a power-user/admin) in HubSpot and experience with Salesforce
• Email design and templating - HTML and CSS Skills
• Proven results evidenced in creating, executing, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong collaborator with the ability to positively influence key stakeholders
• Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills
• Superb attention to detai

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and deliver captivating email marketing campaigns
• Manage HubSpot and Salesforce information, lead assignment and handover flows with the ability to implement changes to procedures with an eye on interoperability
• Execute and measure integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Build appealing and automated email nurture campaigns that support acquisition and nurturing initiatives
• Optimize lead management, routing, attribution, and multi-channel nurturing to improve visibility into our sales funnel
• Build and maintain forms, landing pages, automated emails, thank you pages, etc.
• Own and oversee database management including data cleansing and segmentation
• Think proactively and predict downstream effects of marketing infrastructure changes and campaigns on other business systems and processes
