Job Description and Duties

YOUR OPPORTUNITY:

As the Senior Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to lead cross-divisional communication functions on behalf of the Covered California Marketing Division. You’ll focus on collecting, organizing, and disseminating information on matters such as consumer research findings, marketing outreach, and system changes. You will also have the opportunity to independently develop and present your recommendations for enhancing direct consumer outreach and other marketing efforts, as well as serve as a project lead to accomplish the division’s goals.
Our ideal candidate is someone with demonstrated project management experience and strong communication skills, specifically candidates with experience conveying complex information to people with a variety of backgrounds and perspectives. Working Conditions
This position may be eligible for telework. The amount of telework is at the discretion of the Department and based on Covered California’s current telework policy. While Covered California supports telework, in-person attendance may be required based on operational needs. Employees are expected to be able to report to their worksite with minimal notification if an urgent need arises, as determined by the Department.
