Plans, develops, implements, and measures programs for strategic initiatives, throughout the organization. Partners with key clients in population health, community wellness, and behavioral health to understand their business objectives and develop, execute, and evaluate comprehensive marketing plans in alignment with hospital strategic priorities and goals. Must have ability to work some evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the Senior Manager, Population Health Marketing, in executing annual marketing/communication plans and tactics based on strategic business goals of the service line/client for Population Health/Community Wellness and Behavioral Health initiatives including, but not limited to, prevention services, infant wellness, teen pregnancy prevention and primary care.
  • Supports implementation of activities outlined in Marketing/PR plans on-time and on-budget, demonstrating positive client communication.
  • Crafts relevant marketing messages and materials and creative services team, while understanding the needs of the target audience. This may include print/digital, internal, media relations and/or physician and referral-source communication. Assists in implementation through various channels including digital, print, social media, and other communications.
  • Plans, communicates, and coordinates client marketing and communications support for CAP4Kids, Primary Care, Healthy Neighborhoods Healthy Families, Behavioral Health Clinics and Programs.
  • Ensures brand standard/brand voice and proofreading for accuracy and consistency across multiple projects.
  • Compiles data reports of marketing campaigns. Oversees evaluation and documentation of plan results and reports these to the client or appropriate individuals within the organization.
  • Develops recommendations in response to reactive requests throughout the year.

Qualifications:
Education Requirement: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field, required.

SKILLS:

  • Demonstrated excellence in written, oral, and electronic communication, including editing and proofreading skills.
  • Working knowledge of Mac products and MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.
  • Strong ability to plan, organize, and analyze as it relates to project planning and management. Ability to navigate issues resolution and conflict management.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-producing environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining schedule of deadlines. Ability to work independently under minimal supervision while maintaining confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to be a team player, who actively shares ideas, input, and creativity with peers. Ability to provide effective and appropriate issues resolution and conflict management with various clients.
  • Must possess the ability to work independently under minimal supervision while maintaining confidential information.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Three years of related experience, required.
  • Health care experience, preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, required.
  • Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating marketing programs, preferred.
