Responsibilities:
- Design, customize and configure marketing tools (Salesforce, Marketo, and Pardot) to meet business needs, including workflows and automation.
- Implement data governance strategies such as data migration and archiving with stake holders to maintain clean and reliable data for recommendations.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities within marketing tools (Salesforce, Marketo, and Pardot) to streamline workflows, improve efficiency and overall improve system performance for users.
- Lead marketing technology projects (Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot etc.) with internal teams, resources, and third-party partners.
- Create and maintain documentation of system changes, processes and user training for internal and external stakeholders. In addition, generate complex reports and dashboards within Marketing Technology application.
