Senior Matron Clinical Nursing Informatics Lead

Be accountable for informing the strategic direction and nursing leadership in the development, deployment and optimisation of digital and clinical information systems and wider transformational change. Demonstrate inspirational leadership to engage with Health Board/Trust multidisciplinary teams and with external stakeholders collaborating to inform the project board. Be the strategic lead for the Director of Nursing and nursing workforce to ensure the delivery of key milestones and achieve delivery of the project within time scales set. Give advice and direction across the organisation on the quality assurance and improvement processes and work with clinical team members to design and deliver safe and effective nursing e-documentation applications to support the delivery of high quality clinical care.
