REQUIRES EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF EHS PROCESSES, SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT METHODOLOGIES AND SYSTEMS INTEGRATION METHODOLOGIES. ON-SITE PRESENCE MAY BE REQUIRED DURING THE DURATION OF THE ASSIGNMENT.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in information technology or similar type of curriculum
• 20+ years of Maximo Process lead and Solution designer.
• Must have experience successfully rolling out EHS projects in IBM Maximo.
• Energy and Utility domain experience.
• Thorough understanding of Maximo features and functions. Certification is a plus but working knowledge of the system is more important.
• Must have experience working in Maximo Safety Management, Work Management, Asset Management, Contract, Purchasing and Inventory Management modules.
• In-Depth knowledge of Maximo integration framework, business application technical design and MAS 8.x Devops implementation.
• Extensive knowledge of integrating legacy / COTS systems with IBM Maximo.
• General knowledge of IT Application, Security, and Infrastructure architecture and design
• The individual must be comfortable working across business and IT product center domains and can demonstrate the ability to easily shift between technical analysis and business value discussions.
• Requires knowledge of systems development methodologies and systems integration methodologies.
• Good communications skills both verbal and written
• Good listening skills
• Ability to identify the “real” issue or problem
