REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Prior experience in technical support or field service role within the construction or MHE industry.
• Sound knowledge of construction and MHE equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within the West region for client visits.

• Provide technical support for construction and material handling equipment (MHE) in the West region.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with MHE equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to customer problems.
• Conduct on-site visits and inspections to assess equipment performance and provide recommendations.
• Create and maintain documentation, including troubleshooting guides and technical manuals.
• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of MHE equipment.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service.
