Kirkland Associates are delighted to be seeking a Snr Mechanical Design Engineer for our client based in Leicester. This is a senior position to become a key team player in the design, development & manufacture of machinery used within the food process industry.

The role:

• Leading multiple projects within the Food and Process Equipment Industry
• Ensuring deadlines are met
• Liaising with external stakeholders
• Produce detailed designs working within budgetary & time constraints

The candidate:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Relevant certifications, registrations & licences
• Experience working on engineering projects
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD Inventor
• Shown excellent communication, team working & problem solving
• Must be able to manage time and work under pressure
• Experienced to deliver products on time and within budget

The benefits:

• Salary up to £60,000 DOE
