Position Overview: Papa Murphy’s Pizza is searching for a Senior Marketing Manager to take the helm of our paid digital advertising strategy, merging strategic vision with analytical acumen across digital channels. This individual will play a critical role in developing and implementing comprehensive strategies that engage our audience at every point in their journey with our brand.

  • Strategic Oversight: Take charge of developing a unified strategy for our paid media campaigns, aiming to boost brand visibility and foster deeper customer engagement.
  • Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrate leadership by guiding and inspiring both media and cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovative thinking and the seamless integration of marketing strategies across campaigns.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytics and data visualization to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, decipher customer behaviors, and spot market trends to refine our marketing approaches.
  • Integrated Digital Campaign Execution: Craft and execute a cohesive digital marketing strategy that spans social media, programmatic advertising, search engine marketing, and digital video. This includes planning media buys, optimizing ad placements, and ensuring that content is tailored and relevant across these platforms, all while managing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Engagement Across the Lifecycle: Deploy targeted advertising to maintain customer engagement throughout their lifecycle with personalized messages and offers designed to enhance retention and maximize lifetime value.
  • Focused Acquisition Efforts: Strategically design and implement campaigns to attract new customers, leveraging targeted advertising combined with compelling offers to drive first-time engagements and drive conversions.Audience Segmentation Strategy: Develop and execute a media buying strategy that targets distinct customer segments, tailoring advertising placements and messages to meet the unique preferences and behaviors of each group.
