YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

We expect you to be an outgoing, action-minded and holistic digital marketer with a solid media and ecommerce base . You are an excellent communicator and you enjoy involving and aligning with stakeholders at all levels. You have worked extensively, in the engine room, with digital media buying, data activation, analytics, automation and marketing technology, but now is the time for you to step into a more managing role with a strong dedicated team of colleagues around you. You are a natural problem solver with an empathetic mindset, looking for a challenging career within a dynamic workplace, where you can let your creativity and initiatives shine and have full mandate to influence the solutions.

Furthermore, we expect you to have:

  • Project management experience, ideally from a large organization or an agency.
  • Proven experience with PPC and programmatic advertising across well-known platforms.
  • Solid experience with omnichannel planning, marketing automation, and audience management.
  • Experience implementing MarTech and driving practical use cases in another organization.
  • In-depth experience with the Google Marketing Platform suite (GA4, DV360, SA360, & Campaign Manager) and a Customer engagement Platform like Bloomreach.
  • Understanding of SEO and the interplay between PPC and SEO.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify technical problems, formulate solutions, and effectively communicate them.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of in-house media specialists while remaining the primary stakeholder for e-commerce marketing colleagues.
  • Drive paid “Always On” activation and the underlying technology, collaborating with regional and global stakeholders.
  • Own the B2C e-commerce media strategy, ensuring alignment with other marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and strengthen a holistic programmatic and search -strategy, aligning priorities with marketing and business objectives across the VELUX ecosystem.
  • Understand market and stakeholder needs, identifying growth opportunities through trend analysis.
  • Facilitate testing and implementation of use cases with internal data and tech teams.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering their professional development.
  • Inspire teamwork, customer focus, data-driven decision making, and collaboration.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Embrace the role of Global Media evangelist, team lead, and champion of an omnichannel mindset
