  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as managing recalls, filing, data entry, and billing.
  • Updating patient referrals
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Maintain patient confidentiality
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a medical receptionist or medical administrative role preferred.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in genie or similar software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
