- Updating patient referrals
- Ordering office supplies
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical receptionist or medical administrative role preferred.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in genie or similar software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
