Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will collaborate externally and internally to identify actionable insights and help shape current and future treatment landscape in Haematology, ultimately improving patient outcomes.
- Establish and maintain trusted, scientific partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other HCPs, serving as a resource, responding to research, educational and clinical practice needs that support therapeutic and business priorities.
- Communication of clinical and scientific data at peer level, translating the evidence to address clinical needs and drive patients’ outcomes.
- Identify and address medical education needs by providing educational presentations, responding to unsolicited medical information requests and assisting in the development of medical educational activities.
- Develop, maintain and implement KOL Engagement plans
- Partner with investigators on submission and initial assessment of investigator-initiated study concepts; provide scientific and clinical expertise to support clinical trial initiatives in line with Company Policies and Standard Operating Procedures
- Collect and communicate clinical insights and intelligence on the market environment, clinical strategies, competition, and other developments relevant to Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine success.
- Prioritise customer-based initiatives and field responsibilities, while balancing administrative duties and project responsibilities.
- Maintain focus and composure in uncertain circumstances with minimal directions.
- Demonstrate high organisational and interpersonal skills and sound judgment in all functions.
- Demonstrate the ability to partner with others to lead or participate in large scale projects.
- Maintain in-depth scientific and therapeutic knowledge, including Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine and competitive products as well as disease states within the franchise.
- Fully understand and apply MSL SOP’s/guidelines and company HCC/Regulatory/Legal guidelines.
- Work as part of a broader cross-functional team to align scientific and medical strategies and deliver value to our customers and patients.

- You will have a good understanding of clinical research, data analysis, clinical landscape, publications, and well-developed commercial acumen from cross functional collaboration.
- You will need to be comfortable and experienced in establishing relationships and communicating with external stakeholders including global and national experts.
- This is a field-based role and travel of around 50% will be required.
