Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and committed pharmacy technician to provide and develop the clinical service at Horton Rehabilitation Services, within CNWL NHS FT.

Lead on training, auditing and monitoring processes to support the safe & secure handling of medicines across HRS.
Develop, and support the roll-out of patient self-administration scheme as part of the multi-disciplinary teams on in-patient wards.
Lead and support in the timely completion of the medicine reconciliation process.
Lead on reviewing systems and processes to support the cost-effective use of medicines across MH Rehabilitation Services.
To assist in the development of the onsite Clozapine monitoring service

Assist in the provision of a comprehensive technical dispensing and checking service, which includes calculating, doses, quantities of supply, advice to junior staff regarding problem solving
