The Role
Our client a leading Contractor based in Dubai is looking for a Senior MEP Planning Engineer within Fit Out to join their team. - You will have been involved with Projects and MEP Packages in the UAE for mixed developments within the Fit-Out Construction Industry. - This is suitable for someone who has expertise managing demanding clients and consultant planners. - You must have good understanding of MEP activities, statutory approvals related to fit out projects & other interfacing activities.

Requirements

• Overall 7-10 Years in Planning , monitoring-control, delay analysis (min 5 years of exposure to MEP within fit out/construction industry). - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering. - Possess PSP, PMP certification (preferably). - Certification Oracle Primavera P6. - Good knowledge in MS office & other presentation packages. - Aware of manpower productivity rates for MEP activities including testing & commissioning. - Understanding of delay analysis & EOT preparation.
