Description:
Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Deliver detailed technical product presentations and hands-on demonstrations to support sales efforts.
- Sales Development: Drive sales development through workshops, campaigns, and effective lead management in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Customer Engagement: Partner with account managers during customer visits to identify key application needs and support product promotions.
- Product Feedback: Collect feedback to inform product improvements and configurations, focusing on specific market needs.
- New Product Support: Provide valuable input for beta testing of new products and assist in developing sales support materials, such as application notes and new collateral.
- Knowledge Sharing: Present at symposia, author technical articles, and keep the sales/demonstration team advised on the latest product developments and competitive insights.
- Technical Refinement: Evaluate and document product accessories and collaborate with demonstration lab staff to refine demonstration techniques.
- Post-Sales Support: Offer post-sales support and training to customers
