Responsibilities:
As a Senior Ministerial Officer, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing high-level administrative support to key executives, managing correspondence effectively and efficiently, utilising various business applications proficiently and contributing actively as a team member. You will also be involved in supporting the development and implementation of relevant strategies, policies, and procedures. This role requires someone who can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Provide effective and efficient administrative support to key executives
- Manage correspondence through receipt, registration, processing, dispatch, follow up, filing and ongoing management of records and associated systems
- Contribute to the ongoing management of correspondence
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite and business applications
- Actively participate as a team member to manage heavy workloads and tight timeframes
- Support the development and implementation of relevant strategies, policies, and procedures
