As a Senior ML Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our cutting-edge machine learning platforms. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our projects and help us drive innovation.
Who we are looking for:
Innovative individuals with proven experience working as a ML Engineer or in a similar role. Who are passionate and knowledgeable of NLP/machine learning engineering principles and methodologies and exhibit proficiency in design, integration, testing and troubleshooting. That possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills while demonstrating impeccable communication skills.

What you’ll do:

• Serve as a technical point of contact for enterprise-wide technologies solutions.
• Lead complex troubleshooting efforts and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with clients and informatics departments to deploy scalable and easy-to-maintain solutions.
• Partner with the Data Scientists and cross functional teams to solve complex problems and create unique solutions by using modern NLP technologies including LLMs.
• Build data pipelines and deployment pipelines for ML models.
• Develop of ML models according to business and functional requirements.

Technical Tools: Python, Git, Github, scientific computing packages (pytorch, numpy, tensorflow), AWS S3, AWS EC2, JIRA, Confluence, Docker, AWS, Sagemager, Vertex AI, Kubeflow, Azure / GCP, and Tableau are required. 3+ years’ experience with LLM agents including tools using reasoning, for instance, the combination of RAG solution and code interpreter; LLM fine tuning; building data pipelines and deployment pipelines for LLM applications and proven scripting and automation skills are required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent work experience in information technology environment (networking, infrastructure, database, engineering) or other relevant qualification/experience is required.
