Senior Mobile Development Engineer
Job Description
Supported by your teammates based in the US and the Americas, you will help to create custom enterprise and consumer applications and platforms. You will be responsible for contributing to the development and ongoing maintenance of features across the mobile application.

Your responsibilities will range from contributing to the ongoing agile lifecycle ceremonies to refine and size user stories, to the eventual development, test coverage, validation, and delivery of the feature.

• Expertise in dual platform mobile development with React Native.
• Expertise in integrating with external API services for data retrieval and submission. This includes understanding/consuming API specs in swagger format.
• Expertise in writing Jest unit tests.
• Expertise in performing peer reviews of code to help ensure ongoing adherence to development best practices.
• Expertise with Git source control and Git-flow practices.
• Experience with Native iOS & Android development.
• Experience in translating UI/UX designs from Figma to implementation.
• Experience with CI/CD toolchains (Bitrise/Fastlane/Testflight)
• Ability to research project unknowns and clearly communicate findings to an audience with varied levels of technical understanding.
• Experience in an Agile development lifecycle and participating in the standard agile ceremonies (Stand up, refinement, sizing, retro, etc.)
• Experience using Jira in an Agile development lifecycle.
• Experience in presenting completed work to an audience of mixed technical understanding.
• Experience of working in a cross-functional team environment
