Job Posting:
Calero, a leading solution provider in managing technology expenses for large enterprises, seeks a Senior Mobility Account Manager based in the UK. This role involves supporting a multinational client in overseeing and providing insights into their managed mobility assets. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Technical Services, you will collaborate closely with the client’s executive stakeholders, as well as internal teams such as BAU, Logistics, and Managed Mobility, to optimize the client’s mobility services. Acting as the primary point of contact for all external stakeholders regarding mobility order desk and service desk operations, logistics, vendor relations, inventory and workflow management, invoice handling, and other relevant aspects of the client’s mobility program, you will proactively propose solutions to enhance program performance. You will take ownership of all aspects of program expansion and ongoing operations post-expansion.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • University/Bachelor’s degree and/or related experience [a combination of education and experience will be considered]
  • UK-Based (London Preferred)

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years’ Telecommunication/Mobility or related procurement experience.
  • Experience managing executive stakeholders.
  • 5+ years’ account management with global footprint.
  • History delivering global projects with complex reporting structures in mobility/technology field.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

  • Proficient in MS Office; comfortable working in a technical environment.
  • Passionate about improving the operational processes within your functional role.
  • Accountable and a self-starter.
  • Technically savvy with an appreciation for IT capability.
  • Adaptable, able to work across global teams and functions.
  • Excellent critical thinking and time management/organizational skills.
  • Exemplary written and oral communication skills, with keen ability to articulate complex problems and action plans to senior levels, internally and externally, with the proper audience focus.

  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
  • possess above average knowledge of Mobility best practices, vendor policies, procedures, and mobility basics.
  • Monitor Work queues to ensure order processing SLAs are met.
  • Assist in process development for new scope. (Ex. New vendor onboarding)
  • Work cross functionally w/ IMMT Leadership, BAU Teams, and client to administer / manage mobility program.
  • Triage Client escalations and special requests.
  • Work with Vendor contacts on behalf of client as required.
  • Participate/ Lead Mobility Program calls w/ relevant client Stakeholders as required and requested, providing KPIs on order queues, project updates, inventory status, mobility program BAU and other topics as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide monthly reporting to different divisions. Liase with various “difficult” stakeholders.
  • Co-ordinate meetings to collect client internal requirements from business and translate requests to data and dashboard teams to ensure continued change requirements for client.
  • Assist in RCA’s for customer escalations impacting performance and quality.
  • Take responsibility for the ongoing mobility activities across the end user telecommunication estate. Include contractual negotiations.
  • Implement and manage direct billing for consumption-based services
  • Work closely with the allocation team to ensure passthrough products (current and new) are fully recovered and corrective actions are taken for all deviations from the expected results.
  • Optimize consumption-based services, make sure contracts are fit for purpose and recovery mechanism are in place to control overages and remove underutilization
  • Constantly be on the lookout for opportunities to improve and streamline existing processes to bring greater efficiency or improved accuracy to the telecom’s environment.
  • Work with alongside client mobility service owner / product owner and EUS stream leaders to analyse new potential technology deployments in the mobility space, and provide analysis of new technology adoption on existing corporate mobile program
  • Conduct risk review and work with risk team to update/adjust ROCC / OCRA activities
  • Performs other duties as assigned
