Salary Bracket: €65k- €75k plus car allowance

Responsibilities:
Leading key strategic customers within Pharmacy & Wholesale Island of Ireland to service the critical hospital and community pharmacy channels. Some key responsibilities include:
Customer Profitability
- Net Sales, investment and customer profitability responsibility, driving profitable growth for both Danone and our customers
- Owning and delivering the annual, quarterly and monthly customer targets
- Creating and executing contracts that deliver on our growth ambitions and the service needs of our hospital and community pharmacies
Customer Strategies
- Ensuring the customer strategy is aligned to the overall channel strategy
- Development and implementation of plans to sell Island of Ireland (IOI) demand directly and including through wholesalers
- Able to foresee potential risks and through cross functional working, find solutions to mitigate before they arise
- Lead and develop Danone’s IOI Route to Market (RTM) in both ROI and NI. Candidates with an in-depth knowledge of healthcare sector preferred (to inc. HSE, NHS and Pharmacy)
Customer Engagement
- Create and develop respected relationships with key customer contacts
- Ensure we are the ‘supplier of choice’ by understanding best in class ways of working and consistently delivering against this
Team Engagement & Development
- Being an active member of the UKI Pharmacy team and key cross functional healthcare teams
- Delivery management of the junior member of the team through, setting the plans for activities and desired outcomes, engages the team on the ‘why’ of each project and coaching on the day-to-day challenges
