Description:

SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Sanderson is working with an Irish telecoms company and they’re looking for a senior .NET developer to join their team on a permanent basis.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • 3rd level qualification in IT with at least five years of commercial experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft .NET Core, .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, LINQ, and Entity Framework.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure platform.
  • Essential experience in Angular for web applications.
  • Competence in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, AJAX, jQuery, Bootstrap.
  • Proficiency in Web services, RESTful Web API, WCF, JSON, XML, XSLT.
  • Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and source control systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead development of web and desktop applications using .NET technology.
  • Develop automated unit tests and ensure code quality.
  • Address bug fixing and Level 2 Application support.
