QUALIFICATIONS FOR TECHNICAL NETSUITE CONSULTANT ROLE:

• Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 3 years of NetSuite experience or another ERP software solution experience
• Expertise in multiple NetSuite modules
• Strong background in software development, consulting and advisory services, general vertical-specific industry experience
• Experienced in other development areas including JavaScript, SuiteScript, (1.0, 2.x), SuiteFlow, integration development, web development, and/or complex custom integrations in NetSuite
• Experience with Boomi, Celigo, or similar iPaaS solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong team and customer skills
• Comfortable working in a client facing role with both technical and functional stakeholders
• A thorough understanding of software development best practices

ESSENTIAL DUTIES FOR TECHNICAL NETSUITE CONSULTANT ROLE:

• Provide technical expertise utilizing industry-leading best practices, and a pragmatic mindset to facilitate clients’ most complex requirements.
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients to determine configuration requirements both on-site and remote.
• Implement and deploy NetSuite solutions accommodating unique industry, business, and management processes, regulatory requirements, and other business requirements
• Integrate a variety of 3rd party applications using a range of tools and code to achieve the best results
• Actively participate in multiple engagements, interacting directly with clients and senior members of the team throughout implementations
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during configuration sessions
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration
• Configuration and customization of our customer’s NetSuite instances
• Work in collaboration with the team to coordinate efforts and remediate the highest priority gaps
• Using your in depth knowledge of NetSuite and expanded application options, learn the existing internal technology stack and recommend possible solutions for efficiencies
• Coaching junior resources
• Dispatch and oversee tasks for junior resources
• Perform quality control for customizations and integrations
