As an AI engineer on the collaborative intelligence project you will implement the Insights Engine proof of technology in the Relevance AI Platform. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Development of Large Language Model (LLM)-based agents and tools to augment each step of the strategic foresight process, from scanning of driving forces to generation of future scenarios.
• Development of data models and graph databases within the Relevance AI platform.
• Coding of advanced analytics, including graph data science algorithms and knowledge graphs to be used as tools by the LLM agents.
• Documentation of all technical development to ensure knowledge transfer and ongoing usability by the Futures and Foresight team.
• Collaboration with subject matter expert partners including a Queensland University to refine methodology and technical products

To thrive in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following technical skills:

• Excellent working knowledge of Relevance AI or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java is essential. Python in particular is widely used in AI development for its rich ecosystem of AI and data analysis libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy, SciPy).
• A good understanding of NLP techniques, including experience with prompt engineering, tokenization, entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and language generation models.
• Proficiency in graph data science, advanced analytics and graph databases.
• Understanding of autonomous systems, multi-agent systems, decision-making algorithms, and pathfinding.
• Ability to process and manage large datasets, including data collection, cleaning, manipulation, and storage. Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL databases) is important.
• Proficiency in software engineering best practices, including version control (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with strategic foresight concepts and methodologies will be highly regarded
