Job Description
Main Job Purpose:
As a Senior Network Integration Admin, you’ll be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge telecommunication solutions. From managing technology suppliers to analyzing client network problems and driving optimization initiatives, you’ll play an important role in delivering exceptional service and technical excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of telecommunication solutions, ensuring alignment with manufacturers’ standards and best practices
  • Provide expert support to operational teams, diagnosing and resolving complex network issues with deep knowledge of customer-specific requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industrial standards, driving continuous improvement and innovation in network integration
  • Collaborate with operative and developer teams to support the implementation of telecommunication solutions and drive optimization initiatives
  • Take full ownership of leading the technical solution, providing mentorship and guidance to colleagues
  • Manage complex changes and incidents, diagnosing bugs and optimizing existing networks to enhance performance
  • Document problems and diagnose advanced issues, preparing modification plans for inefficient networks
  • Define, design, and implement automation tasks to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Review new technologies and develop complete solutions aligned with high-level architectural designs

Qualifications

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience in network engineering, with a focus on telecommunications solutions and network integration
  • Proficiency in German at C1 level, enabling effective communication with clients and colleagues
  • Strong understanding of telecommunication technologies, manufacturing standards, and best practices
  • Proven track record of leading telecommunication projects and providing expert support to operational teams
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues efficiently
  • Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent are highly desirable
