Description:
Our focus of care is to provide assessment and treatment for our patients in a safe and compassionate environment. We are committed to delivering person centred care around the values of the 6 Cs and the Senior nurse role is critical to this. The successful candidate(s) must be able to lead a team forward with these values, helping develop our vision to create a centre of excellence, to aim for and maintain high standards of care. The candidate(s) will be part of the Brant Ward management team providing the focus and direction for the wards.
The ability to be innovative and creative within this service is desired. Managerial, supervisory and leadership skills are essential, with a clear focus on providing clinical direction to the teams. It is important that the successful candidate has a clear understanding of the Trusts priorities and the strategic direction over the coming years. The hours are 37.5 per week worked on a shift basis to cover 24 hour period to include nights and weekends.
A full induction package will be offered, access to training, regular supervision, annual appraisal and a commitment to developing staff to their full potential. The salary for these posts is depending upon relevant experience.
