Description:

An opportunity has arisen for a job share senior nurse post in public health within CTM new specialist immunisation and vaccination team.
The successful candidate will need excellent leadership and management skills to job share with a member of staff to offer a 5 day service per week.
Be involved in the new design of services . Lead staff in existing teams and support with effective leadership changes to pathways and referral systems.
Ensure AW public health guidance is followed to ensure safe care delivery.
Maintain good governance to ensure quality care is delivered.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
