Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Change and OD, the Senior Organisation Development (OD) Advisor will provide expert advice and hands on solution design for the successful implementation of organisation wide people initiatives aimed at fostering a high-performance, future ready and values-lead workforce. As such, this will be a varied role, requiring the full range of OD skills to be utilised including; scoping and discovery, research and analysis, design, delivery, programme evaluation and stakeholder engagement throughout.
Supporting Ravensdown’s new strategy, the ODC and wider People & Safety team will work on a wide range of initiatives over the next three years including, organisation culture, staff engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion, succession and talent, leadership development, rewards and recognition, integration of Te Ao Māori into OD practice and HR/digital technology.
