POSITION SUMMARY

To ensure all general cargo, human remain, dip mail, DG cargo are properly handled in accordance with company standard operating procedures and achieved the company service standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• SPM or higher tertiary qualification
• 05 years in Cargo Operations Field

AREA OF EXPERIENCE

• Knowledge in Handling of Cargo
• Knowledge in CMS-LMS System / CMS-CWIS System

• Adhere to all IMS requirement and any other relevant policies and procedures set by the company.
• To manage overall day-to-day operations.
• Plan resource manpower and equipment.
• To ensure maximize utilization of resources.
• To prepare staff movement on staff leave.
• Maintain staff discipline.
• To ensure process compliance to SOP and other requirements.
• Conduct investigation on discrepancy and corrective action.
• Provide report as required by management.
• Attending operations meeting as and when required.
• Monitor vendor performance and activity.
• Ensure established SLA of delivery are met.
• Liaise with MABKargo Operations Control Centre (OPCC) and related unit on all operational matters and performance.
• Attending customer enquiry.
• Provide on-the-job training to staff.
• To ensure supervise, monitor, and report on safety and security related issues.
• Supervising cargo handling operations for small team of MH and vendor staff.
• Responsible for activities, performance, and safety of the team in the warehouse.
• Ad-hoc planning and execution of activities (e.g., loading/unloading of trucks or containers, breakdown/buildup of pallets, moving/transporting cargo etc.)
• Report to and coordinates actions with active-Duty Manager.
• Work in 8 hours shift patterns on individual Roster.
• Ensure the working place in a safe environment.
• Ensure comply with safety and security requirements.
• To comply with safety and security at all times.
• Perform other tasks assigned by superior.
