Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement comprehensive offline media plans that align with clients’ marketing objectives and budgets.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, media consumption habits, and competitive landscape.
- Evaluate and select appropriate offline media channels, including TV, radio, print, outdoor, and direct mail, to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with clients, account managers, and creative teams to ensure seamless integration of media strategies with overall marketing campaigns.
- Negotiate and secure media placements, rates, and added value opportunities with media vendors.
- Monitor and optimize media performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging media opportunities, and best practices in offline media planning.
- Mentor and guide junior media planners, fostering a culture of learning and professional development within the team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in offline media planning within a media agency environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful offline media campaigns for diverse clients.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in media planning tools and software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the UAE media landscape and cultural nuances is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English. Arabic is a plus.
