• Cross-functional: We are a team of seven - developer, designer, marketeers, editor and product owner
• Agile: We work in Scrum with two week sprints, plannings and refinements. We sync in a daily standup and via Slack. We use quarterly OKRs to achieve our goals
• Remote: We live in 4 European countries - some of us work fully remote
• Lean: We have low management overhead, a high level of trust in one another and we value a learning and growth mindset

We are looking for a full-time Senior Online Shop Manager (d/f/m) to join Pallit’s Shop Team. We run and market Pallit.com in 9 countries and 5 languages. Pallit offers low-priced pallet trucks, stackers, and forklifts to small and medium-sized companies.
