ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Good understanding of securities markets, specifically functions of a custodian bank
• Profound experience in securities settlements (capturing, instructing & monitoring orders)
• In-depth knowledge of SWIFT messaging, specifically MT54x settlement instructions
• Comprehensive knowledge of OTC and ETD products.
• In-depth understanding of the Securities domain, including corporate actions, settlements and Reporting.
• Proficiency in basic German and fluent English.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Conduct asset transfers from one set of custodians to another set of custodians.
• Lead the execution of cross-border merger strategies from old entity to new entity for a leading bank.
• Oversee and manage Investment Banking and Wealth Management products, focusing on Securities Transfer, Corporate Actions, Custody Services, Client Services, Hedge Funds, Investment Reporting, Reconciliation and Data Management.
• Ensure securities portfolios are transferred between financial institutions worldwide.
• Ensure timely settlement of client transactions in global markets.
• Ensure realignments and migrations of client securities positions are accurate.
• Mentor and train junior analysts, ensuring efficient knowledge transfer and promoting best practices in Asset & Securities Transfer.
