Cognizant has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Operations Change Lead to join our inclusive and collaborative team in Switzerland. This full-time Operations Analyst role is based in Zürich and offers an attractive salary and benefits package. You’ll be part of a leading bank executing a cross-border merger strategy from an old entity to a new entity.
The scope of this Operations Change Lead role involves Investment Banking and Wealth Management products. You’ll have a key focus on Securities, corporate actions, Custody services, Foreign Exchange, Collateral, and Data Management across the Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office functions.

• Stakeholder management
• Build MIS, reports, and presentations and ensure project deliverables are met within the agreed timelines
• Present stats about the delivery updates to Senior Management
• Ensure project deliverables are completed within the timeline
• Mentor and monitor the team

• F2B knowledge of Equities and Fixed Income products with processing knowledge of confirmations and settlements
