Responsibilities:
- Identify and handle potential claims from customers and partners
- Work closely with the insurance team to manage and process claim files
- Respond to customer and third-party claim notifications
- Lead and guide in managing incidents related to claims across different business units
- Verify liability based on standard operating procedures and agreements
- Collaborate with teams to minimize losses and propose cost recovery solutions
- Manage claim-related documents like LOIs, liability letters, and invoices
- Follow up on ongoing claim cases with different teams and partners
- Provide regular updates on open claims to the insurance team and management
- Support the Operations Manager in meeting KPI targets and improving efficiency
- Any other duties as assigned
