REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in production operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes and equipment.
  • Experience in managing a team of production staff.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
