JOB DESCRIPTION
The jobholder is responsible for supporting management in the provision of operations and administration for Rehab teams across all centres and HQ.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, with interest for healthcare services
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Rehab Department
- Generate, analyze and submit data reports on daily and monthly basis
- Monitor departmental KPIs to ensure they are met
- Oversee all claims and timesheets
- Coordinate with Support Operations team and vendor for any equipment maintenance or repair works in centres
- Coordinate with Finance to assist in the planning and support of procurement needs of the department
- Coordinate with HR to assist in hiring, onboarding of all new staff matters and any other staff related matters
- Provide secretariat support for all meetings organised by the department
- Plan and conduct internal PDPA audit for the department
- Assist in monitoring compliance to standard operating procedures
