Description:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in social media application operations, including at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably with expertise in platforms like Bigo, Mico, Uplive, LiveMe, or Yalla.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting and supporting influencers and communities in the Middle East market.
- Proficiency in social media marketing and research methodologies, with a passion for analyzing operational data and staying abreast of industry developments.
- Strong understanding of regional regulations and business practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and Chinese (reading and writing) would be an additional advantage to be able to collaborate with our Chinese and Middle East stakeholders ‘and colleagues.
