Description:

Civeo Premium Services Employees LP is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager for the British Columbia and Alberta regions, as well as oversee Operations in the US and Red Table Foods in Edmonton. Reporting to the Director of Asset Management/Operations, the primary duties of the Operations Manager are to lead an operations division of the company in providing consistently outstanding guest services and nurturing the company’s culture at all sites. The incumbent will implement the operations group’s short-term and long-term strategic and operational plans, identify and address issues that challenge and support operational effectiveness, and serve as an ambassador for the company by developing all stakeholder relationships. This position will be based out of Edmonton, working Monday to Friday.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-Secondary Education in Business, Hospitality Management or professional accreditation or significant equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years related experience including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
  • Entrepreneurial spirit driven by client and team success.
  • Confident, results driven, self-starter who builds strong and long-lasting business relationships.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Sound analytical, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
  • Able to contribute to the strategic planning process.
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines under stress and with frequent interruptions
  • Proven ability in driving and developing high performing teams.
  • Understanding of financial reports including budgetary guidelines and project expenditures
  • Ability to drive overlapping projects through to successful completion.
  • Must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License, with a 5-year driving record satisfactory to Civeo’s driving criteria.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-access Drug & Alcohol test

Responsibilities:

  • Drive service excellence through the Company’s strategy, program, and actions.

  • Act as an ambassador for Civeo in all dealings with the public and staff
  • Maintain great internal and external communications.
