Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Being a trusted People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner to a client portfolio of around 300 employees; working closely with leaders to proactively drive HR practices that will increase the engagement of our people, contributing to organisational success.
  • In addition to partnering with your key client group, you will work as part of a core team of People & Culture specialists in Australia and NZ, enabling you to further extend your skills and knowledge as a HR practitioner.
  • Actively contribute to the ANZ People & Culture strategy development and support and assist the effective implementation of all Global and Regional People & Culture strategies.
    Qualifications

    What are we looking for from you?
  • Knowledge and experience managing and consulting on a broad range of HR generalist issues, including performance management, facilitation, talent, workforce planning and change management.
  • Confident in interpreting policy and providing advice to all levels of the business.
  • The ability to influence and inform a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders, to achieve strategic outcomes.
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Experience using Workday would be beneficial but is not essential.
