In the role of Senior Organizational Development Advisor you will join a creative and dynamic team. Working with human capital business partners and management teams, you will implement organizational development solutions aligned with the company’s strategic objectives to make Intelcom a place where employees can thrive.
This role requires strategic capabilities to shape and develop company-wide programs while driving innovation in our practices.
What will your workday look like?
- Develop and maintain leadership development programs tailored to the needs of the organization.
- Lead the succession planning process to identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
- Develop and maintain competency frameworks to guide career pathing and support talent management decisions.
- Contribute to the deployment of employer branding and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
- Identify skills and leadership gaps within the organization and develop action plans to address them.
- Design and facilitate training sessions and group coaching focused on leadership development.
- Assess and communicate the impact of organizational development initiatives on organizational performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay current of best practices in organizational development, talent management, and employee engagement.
What do you need to succeed?
- University degree in human resources management, organizational development related field.
- Proven experience in the field of organizational development with a minimum of 7 years experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office suite.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence decisions.
- Strong communication skills in French and English, as you will be collaborating with employees across Canada and internationally.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Significant experience in creating and leading development programs.
- Project and change management capabilities.
- Ability to develop business cases and formulate strategic recommendations.
