The Role
The Senior Outbound Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in establishing our newly created outbound call area. This newly created, permanent full time position is responsible for developing, implementing, and refining the processes and policies that will guide a dedicated team in making proactive outbound service calls to both new and existing members of the fund.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic vision and practical experience in outbound call operations, demonstrating an ability to craft efficient workflows and in acting as a senior team member.
