Due to internal movement within the team, a role has become available within our P&C Business Partnering team for a Senior P&C Advisor with HR generalist experience. Based in Melbourne, you’ll collaborate closely with P&C Business Partners and AGL leaders, offering expert guidance throughout the employee life cycle.
What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Senior P&C Business Partner, you will:

  • Provide trusted advice and support: offer invaluable insights to leaders and employees on various HR matters, from employment legislation to talent management frameworks, ensuring alignment with AGL policies and practices.
  • Conduct quality investigations and case management: Lead end-to-end case management and investigations, upholding AGL’s values and ER/IR practices while delivering fair and consistent outcomes.
  • Drive P&C processes and projects: Partner with P&C Business Partners to execute key people processes and initiatives, such as development programs, performance reviews, and organisational change efforts.
  • Coaching leaders for high performance: Support frontline leaders in enhancing their P&C knowledge and capabilities, empowering them to foster a culture of excellence and effectively manage workplace issues.

What you’ll bring to the table

  • Proven experience in generalist P&C advisory roles in medium to large business.
  • Expertise in delivering end to end effective case management.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to upload high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with a passion for sharing knowledge and contributing to collective goals.
