Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Building effective and strong relationships across the network
- Working collaboratively and proactively to identify and manage any risks and opportunities
- Providing effective and practical coaching and advice to line managers on people-related issues
- End to end management of performance, disciplinary and conduct issues
- Providing support and guidance to P&C coordinators
- Identify required business change initiatives and provide end to end support for implementation
- Ensure new acquisitions have a seamless and positive onboarding experience
